Boston Herald not giving credit when credit is due

Not only did the Boston Herald not give photo credit online, but they didn't give it in the paper either. They are capable of spelling "courtesy photo" but have trouble spelling Photo Credit by: Derek Wilmot. All I was looking for was credit for an image that I took and they published online & in paper. Is that asking for too much?
